I partner with individuals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are ready to create meaningful change and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
My coaching journey includes training with the International School of NLP and Coaching, a leading school in the coaching community, where I completed both foundational and advanced certifications.
I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. This credential reflects my professional training, coaching experience, and commitment to the ethical standards and best practices established by the ICF.
In addition, I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the most respected coach training organizations in the United States. I completed my training, coaching assessments, and final evaluations entirely in English. I also supported the organization as a course assistant for faculty-led programs.
Because of my background and experience, I coach fluently in both English and Spanish, supporting clients across different cultures and professional environments.
Before becoming a professional coach, I built a career spanning more than twenty years as a translator and conference interpreter. My professional experience includes working within diplomatic settings, Argentina’s judicial system, nonprofit organizations, the oil and gas industry, the mining sector, and multistakeholder Internet governance initiatives.
Over time, I realized that my greatest contribution would come from bringing together these two areas of expertise: communication and coaching.
Today, I help people gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and take intentional action so they can move from aspiration to achievement and bring their vision to life. This integration of coaching, communication, and cross-cultural experience allows me to partner with clients in a thoughtful, practical, and result-oriented way.
